These are my grandpa Joe's parents: Abraham (son of Joseph) & Fannie Latter (daugher of reb Mordachai Latter) Ezkovich
This is my grandfather and grandmother. Hilda, (daughter of Jacob [Brener]) & Joseph Ezkovich-- Parents of my father, Colman Ezkovich
These are my other grandparents, Meyer (son of Ariah [or Ariel]) & Ethel (though she preferred her Russian name, Etya) Hirsch, parents of my mother Pearl.

The reason they are not together is because grandma was cremated (at her request). Cremated remains are not allowed in a Jewish cemetery, as it is considered a desecration of the body.
These are my mother's mother's parents, Israel Joseph (Eysir Joseph) & Mary (Marushka), daughter of reb Joseph..

They emigrated from Russia (a place called Konstaniefsky) with their children, Etya, .....in 19?

This is a cloud.  It's in the shape of the hebrew symbol Cha'i (as in L'chaim), meaning life.  The amazing thing about this cloud is my mom and I were visiting my grandmother's grave (above) sitting on a bench nearby talking.  I always bring a yogurt cup of birdseed, and sprink it nearby; Grandma loved birds. She especiallly liked mockingbirds. So I was intrigued when I heard a mockingbird singing. When I looked up to find it, I saw this cloud in the shape of the familiar symbol of Life!  Now, I've never really considered the concept of communicating with the dead, but when I saw this cloud, along with the mockingbird, well, let's just say I was in awe.
I'm really glad I was able to capture it on film.
